TEAM DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
The objective of this day team-building workshop is to allow the participants to develop raised levels of awareness (both of self and others), a renewed respect for difference and individual "value-add". The participants will experience how to best communicate and cooperate together.
They will also discover ways to ensure full individual contributions to team effort by understanding their own communication and cooperation strengths and blind spots.
While having a lot of fun doing it!
